The Community Partners Leadership Award (CPLA) was established in 2015 to recognize and honor New York nonprofits that demonstrate excellence in management and governance. Awards are granted based on a review of mission-driven impact and effective use of best practices.
In 2019, Gay Men’s Health Crisis, Inc. (GMHC) received the top honor of Gold and a $25,000 donation to support its mission. Music & Memory received Silver and $10,000 and Graham Windham was awarded Bronze and $5,000.
Applications and award criteria for CPLA are announced typically on a biennial basis. For information, please contact Cori Floyd (cfloyd@hbscny.org)
